Anirban is a self-taught photographer born and brought up in Calcutta, India.
He is a self-indulging musician, drawing imaginations from music, literature, cinema and daily life.
Anirban is interested in all fields of photography but mainly documentary works, daily life, portraits and landscapes.
Other than being keen on sports, he loves to write poems.
Apratim generally swings between writing and filmmaking.
Human behaviour, relationships, identities and ways in which cultures interact and evolve fascinate him. While not at work, you could find Apratim aimlessly walking here and there, taking and making photographs of moments, scribbling, doodling and fidgeting with music.
